Sheldon & Partners Ltd has been established
for more than 30 years in the
valuation business and together the staff offer
more than 250 years total
valuation experience.
Set up as a sole operation by
the late Marcus Sheldon in 1974, the practice has grown with the times.
Today, the firm offers a wide range of valuation services in a broad area of
operation.
Marcus Sheldon's one-man
operation was joined by a second valuer,
Tony McEwan in 1981. As the
business grew, he was followed into the practice by
Brian Stafford-Bush in
1982 and John Rhodes in 1985, with
Gary Brunsdon appointed in 1987.
From the beginning, the firm
has provided a full range of commercial, industrial and residential property
valuation and consultancy services.
Sheldons has continued to
expand and is now one of the largest valuation practices in the
country.
Today the firm is active throughout all areas of the Greater Auckland
region.
The staff of Sheldons
comprise principally registered valuers all of whom are members of the New
Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of
New Zealand. All
our valuers are required to continually update their skills through
Continuing Professional Development courses with a minimum of 20 hours per
year. |
